On February 23, 2025, at Golf Nest-Dynamic Golf Space, Mr. Sophon Suwannarat, Governor of Phuket, and Dr. Supalak La-ongphet, Deputy Director of Medical Affairs at Vachira Phuket Hospital, received a donation from Mr. Thanusak Phungdet, Honorary Consul of Hungary in Phuket, and his family, on behalf of J.D.Pools Co., Ltd. The donation, totaling 1,000,000 Baht, will support the construction of the radiotherapy building at Vachira Phuket Hospital.
Additionally, other organizations and businesses contributed further donations. J.D. Pools Hat Yai Branch, donated 20,000 Baht, while Ch. Rungsang Construction Co., Ltd. contributed 10,000 Baht. These donations aim to support the development of Vachira Phuket Hospital’s healthcare infrastructure, particularly in providing radiotherapy for cancer patients and individuals requiring advanced treatment. This initiative will enhance accessibility to high-quality medical care for residents of Phuket and nearby areas.
Mr. Sophon Suwannarat, Governor of Phuket, expressed his gratitude to all donors for their generous support and emphasized the importance of collaboration among all sectors in advancing and strengthening the province’s healthcare system to ensure effective medical services.
